The 90Hz–13kHz frequency response is deliberately shaped to capture the punch and body of the drum's fundamental while rolling off kick bleed at the bottom and harsh cymbal wash at the top — less EQ work in the mix, cleaner channels out of the box.
• STAGE-READY OFF-AXIS REJECTION: The tight cardioid pattern rejects cymbals, monitor wash, and bleed from adjacent drums — critical for clean live mixes and tight studio isolation. Less bleed means faster gating, less EQ surgery, and more usable signal before feedback.
